You can get a refund only if you previously cancel a paid subscription.
After you've canceled your Time Sensei subscription (either Time Sensei Professional or Time Sensei Business), you may be eligible for a refund.
You will get the proportional amount of annual subscription, according to the number of months that you did not use.

To ask for the refund, only write to timesensei@yoshikai.co with the subject “refund”, provide in your mail your account details, and up to 10 business days you can have your refund back.

Please note that once you cancel your subscription, some features will no longer be available.
